Consumer terms

One purchase. A reviewable form. Clear remedies.

These terms apply when an individual buys a supported Pagewrite form-filling service mainly for personal purposes. They explain what is delivered, what remains your responsibility, and how statutory withdrawal differs from our additional correction and refund promise.

1. Seller and contract

The seller is ML BOOST, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), registered at 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France, SIREN 990 889 669, RCS Paris 990 889 669, EU VAT number FR35 990889669. Pagewrite is its product name. Contact: contact@ml-boost.com.

Your order consists of the product page and checkout information shown immediately before payment, these terms, the privacy notice, and the order confirmation. If product-specific terms conflict with these terms, the more specific term applies, without reducing a mandatory consumer right.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the contract. The service is sold only for supported forms and countries displayed as available at checkout.

2. What you are buying

Unless the product page says otherwise, one purchase gives one named user the right to complete one guided fill for the selected form and configuration, review the generated pages, correct answers through the flow, and download the completed PDF. A first successful completed-form download may consume that one-fill entitlement. A new matter or materially new set of answers requires a new purchase.

The exact form, edition, language, included attachments or repeat pages, price, currency, and delivery method are shown before payment. Government charges, filing fees, postage, translation, professional review, and third-party services are not included unless the checkout expressly says they are.

Pagewrite prepares a document; it is not the issuing authority. We do not file, sign, represent you, choose a legal or tax strategy, verify your evidence, or guarantee acceptance, eligibility, processing time, a benefit, registration, visa, or other outcome.

3. Your information and review responsibility

You are responsible for choosing the product that matches your intended form, providing complete and accurate answers, checking the official instructions and current edition, reviewing every generated page, and signing, attaching evidence, paying official fees, and filing through the correct channel.

Any eligibility self-check narrows the product route; it is not professional advice or a decision by an authority. If the flow indicates that your situation is outside the supported scope, do not purchase that product. Contact an appropriate qualified professional where the choice of form, status, evidence, or answer is uncertain.

You may use the downloaded PDF in any lawful application for which you are authorised. Do not use Pagewrite to submit false information, impersonate another person, or create a deceptive or fraudulent document.

4. Order, price, and payment

When consumer checkout opens, the total Pagewrite price, currency, included quantity, taxes charged by us, and any separately identified third-party or government fee will be displayed before the payment button. Payment will be processed through Stripe Checkout. ML BOOST will not receive the full card number entered there.

The contract is formed when payment is accepted and we display or send confirmation, unless checkout clearly states that the order is subject to a manual scope check. Keep the confirmation and a copy of these terms for your records.

If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may cancel before performance and refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a different paid product without your agreement.

5. Start, delivery, and availability

For an automated product, delivery begins when the paid entitlement appears in your account and the guided flow becomes available. You then provide answers, review the output, and download it. For a concierge or manually scoped product, the written offer states the start and delivery estimate.

If you want performance to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, checkout must ask you separately to request that early start. The request is optional: if you do not make it, we may wait until the withdrawal period ends before beginning performance.

Download the completed file promptly and store it securely. Current guided-session and output retention is described in the privacy notice; retention is not a permanent document-storage service.

If a service interruption prevents delivery, contact us with the order reference. We will restore access, correct the problem, reperform the service, or refund as required by applicable law and the additional promise below.

6. Statutory right of withdrawal

If European or other applicable consumer law gives you a withdrawal period, you may normally withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. A longer mandatory local period applies where required.

If the purchase is treated as a service

You may expressly request that performance start during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw before the service is fully performed, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for what was supplied up to withdrawal. You lose the withdrawal right after full performance during that period only if performance began at your prior express request and you acknowledged that full performance would end the right.

If the purchase is treated as digital content supplied without a physical medium

You lose the withdrawal right after supply begins only where the law allows it and checkout obtained your prior express consent, your acknowledgement that the right would be lost, and the required contract confirmation. A pre-ticked box or these terms alone is not that consent.

No hidden waiver. If checkout did not obtain the separate consent and acknowledgement required for the applicable service or digital content, ML BOOST will not rely on your mere use of Pagewrite as a waiver of a statutory withdrawal right.

To withdraw, make an unambiguous statement before the deadline. You can use the online withdrawal form, email contact@ml-boost.com, or send the model statement below. Using the form is optional.

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Pagewrite service ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].”

Where withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse sums due, including any standard delivery charge paid to us, without undue delay and normally within 14 days after being informed. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise and do not charge a reimbursement fee. Any lawful proportionate charge for performance already expressly requested will be explained.

Government and third-party fees paid directly to someone else are not collected or reimbursed by ML BOOST. This paragraph does not affect a right you have against that third party.

7. Additional correction and refund promise

This commercial promise is separate from, and does not replace or reduce, statutory withdrawal, conformity, re-performance, price-reduction, refund, damages, or other mandatory rights.

If Pagewrite cannot produce the purchased downloadable form because of a Pagewrite technical failure, we will restore the service or refund the Pagewrite fee. If the downloaded form incorrectly transcribes an answer you supplied through the guided controls, notify us within 14 calendar days after download. We will correct and reperform the fill at no extra charge or refund the Pagewrite fee if we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.

To investigate a transcription problem, we may ask for the order reference, a description of the affected field, and the downloaded PDF through an appropriate channel. Do not send a passport or unrelated supporting documents. Minor edits you make after download, such as adding a date or signature, do not by themselves invalidate the promise.

The commercial promise does not cover an incorrect or incomplete fact supplied by you, selection of the wrong form or legal strategy, missing supporting evidence, a change made after delivery, an authority’s later change to a form or rule, rejection for a reason outside the form-fill mechanics, or a government or third-party fee. Mandatory law may still provide a remedy in those situations.

8. Support, complaints, and refund handling

Send an order issue to contact@ml-boost.com with the account email, order reference, form name, and a concise description. We may verify account ownership. We will acknowledge and investigate within a reasonable time, taking account of urgency and complexity.

A refund, correction, or withdrawal request is assessed under the right that applies. You do not have to call a commercial guarantee a “withdrawal”, or vice versa, to preserve a right; describe what happened and the remedy you want.

9. Personal data, providers, and AI

The privacy notice describes account, payment, guided-session, provider, retention, deletion, and rights information. The hosted guided flow may send questions, free-text answers, a blank form, or bounded review content to the configured AI or OCR provider as explained before collection. Do not provide information the selected form does not require.

AI can misunderstand an answer or propose an incorrect mapping. Pagewrite combines guided controls and configured validation with human review by you; it does not make a legally significant decision about you.

10. Mandatory legal guarantees

You retain all mandatory rights concerning conformity and supply of digital services or digital content under the law that applies to you. Where a service is not supplied, is late, or is not in conformity, applicable law may entitle you to require supply or correction, receive a price reduction, terminate, obtain a refund, or claim compensation.

Nothing in these terms makes you pay to exercise a mandatory remedy, shortens a mandatory limitation period, shifts the legal burden of proof to you, or makes the voluntary 14-day correction promise your exclusive remedy.

11. Responsibility

ML BOOST is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its failure to perform the consumer contract with reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, your failure to review the visible output, use outside the stated product scope, or an independent authority’s decision, except where the law makes us responsible.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law, courts, and mediation

French law governs the contract, but this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in the country where you habitually live. You may bring a claim in any court available to you under mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules; these terms do not force an individual consumer into the professional courts of Paris.

Please first send a written complaint to contact@ml-boost.com or ML BOOST, 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France.

ML BOOST will name its approved consumer mediator here once it has joined one. This does not limit your right to contact a public consumer authority or bring a court claim.

13. Changes and contact

The terms in force when you order govern that purchase. We may change terms for future orders, but will not retrospectively reduce your agreed deliverable or mandatory rights. If one term is invalid, the rest continues to apply.
