Withdraw from a consumer order

Before you send

The usual EU withdrawal period for a distance contract is 14 days from conclusion, subject to the rules and exceptions described in the consumer terms. A mandatory longer local period applies where required.

Starting or completing a service during that period affects withdrawal only if checkout obtained the separate express request, consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation required for the applicable type of contract. Submitting this form does not itself decide eligibility or waive another remedy.

If your issue is that Pagewrite did not produce the form or transcribed an answer incorrectly, you may also have a correction, conformity, refund, or commercial-guarantee claim. You can describe that in the optional note; we will assess the request under the right that fits the facts.

What happens next

We will locate the order, assess the request under the applicable withdrawal rules, and contact you if information is missing. Where withdrawal is valid, reimbursement is made without undue delay and normally within 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. A lawful proportionate charge may apply if you expressly requested service performance before withdrawal.

A generated confirmation shows that the endpoint accepted the notice; it does not itself determine eligibility or the refund amount. Keep your original order confirmation as well.

Other rights remain available
