1. Agreement and scope
These terms are between ML BOOST, a French SAS with registered office at 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France (“Pagewrite”, “we”, “us”), and the person or organisation using the covered service (“you”, “Customer”).
By using the public website, creating a professional account, using an API key or MCP tool, or accepting an evaluation or order that refers to these terms, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Individual purchases use different terms. If you buy a supported form-filling service mainly for personal purposes, the consumer terms apply to that purchase. A signed order form, the incorporated DPA, or a negotiated agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of a conflict.
2. What Pagewrite does
Pagewrite provides software for analysing form structure, collecting or receiving values, applying configured mechanical rules, writing values into a PDF, rendering pages for review, and returning an output file. Features vary by route and deployment.
Unless a signed order expressly says otherwise, Pagewrite does not:
- act as a lawyer, immigration representative, accountant, tax adviser, public authority, filing service, or case-management system;
- choose the correct form, classification, evidence, filing strategy, or answer for the Customer;
- verify that supplied facts are true or that evidence is sufficient;
- sign, submit, or monitor a filing; or
- guarantee acceptance, processing time, eligibility, or a legal outcome.
Validation messages cover only mechanics the configured workflow knows about, such as a known choice or field-length rule. AI-generated questions, mappings, OCR, translations, and reviews can be wrong. The Customer must keep a qualified human in the review loop and compare the final output with the source facts and current official form.
3. Accounts, API keys, and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and API keys confidential, restrict access to authorised users and agents, and promptly revoke a credential that may be compromised. You are responsible for requests made through credentials issued to your account until you notify us of compromise.
You may not share an individual credential outside your organisation, resell access, bypass usage controls, or allow an automated agent to exceed the permissions its operator has granted. Pagewrite may set reasonable technical limits to protect the service and other users.
4. Customer data and instructions
As between the parties, Customer retains its rights in files, values, case information, and other material it submits (“Customer Data”). Customer grants ML BOOST a limited right to process Customer Data only to provide, secure, support, and monitor the reliability of the contracted service, and as otherwise documented in the agreement or required by law.
Customer is responsible for:
- having a lawful basis, authority, and required notices to submit Customer Data;
- using the minimum data necessary and not uploading source documents when approved values are sufficient;
- configuring its agent, storage, providers, and retention consistently with its obligations;
- not sending live sensitive data until the hosted path, providers, region, access, DPA, and deletion procedure have been approved for that workflow; and
- reviewing and securely delivering or filing the output.
We do not claim ownership of Customer Data. We do not use hosted form contents for third-party advertising. Any use of data to train a model requires a separate, express agreement; this term does not grant that permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Pagewrite to:
- break the law, infringe rights, misrepresent identity or authority, or create a fraudulent document;
- submit malware, secrets you are not authorised to disclose, or unlawfully obtained personal data;
- probe, scan, or test the hosted service except under the security reporting policy or written permission;
- circumvent authentication, payment, rate, credit, entitlement, or access controls;
- interfere with availability, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer except where a non-waivable law permits it, or access another user’s data;
- make a high-impact decision about a person without the legally required process and meaningful human review; or
- present Pagewrite output as approved, filed, or guaranteed by an authority when it is not.
We may investigate suspected abuse and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a claim.
6. Fees, credits, and orders
Fees, currency, included usage, payment schedule, taxes, pilot scope, and any service level are those shown at purchase or in the applicable order. Unless that order says otherwise, quoted fees exclude taxes and third-party or government fees.
Prepaid credits or entitlements are service units, not money or a deposit account. Their permitted use, any expiry, refund rule, and transferability must be stated at purchase or in the order; these general terms do not create an undisclosed expiry or make them redeemable for cash.
We may suspend paid processing if an amount is overdue or the account has insufficient credit, subject to the order and applicable law. A disputed invoice should be raised promptly and in good faith at contact@ml-boost.com.
7. Intellectual property and output
ML BOOST and its licensors retain rights in Pagewrite software, APIs, MCP tools, documentation, templates created by ML BOOST, mappings, workflows, user interface, and service improvements. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the contracted service during the order term.
Customer may use and modify the output file for its authorised matter. Official forms, agency names, logos, and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and rules. Pagewrite’s use of a form does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by its issuer.
If Customer gives product feedback, ML BOOST may use the idea without restriction, but will not publish Customer’s confidential information or personal data as a testimonial without permission.
8. Confidentiality
Each party receiving non-public information identified as confidential, or that should reasonably be understood as confidential, will use it only for the agreement and protect it with reasonable care. This does not cover information that the receiving party can show is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction.
A legally compelled disclosure may be made after notice to the other party where legally permitted. More detailed confidentiality, professional-secrecy, or regulated-workflow requirements must be agreed in writing before live data is used.
9. Privacy and security
The privacy notice applies where ML BOOST acts as controller. Where ML BOOST processes personal data on Customer’s documented instructions, the agreement must incorporate the Pagewrite data processing addendum or another appropriate signed DPA before production use. The provider list describes the current hosted data path at a general level.
Customer-run and on-premises options shift operational responsibility to Customer and do not make third-party agents or hosted dependencies local. No certification, residency, zero-egress, or security assurance applies unless it is expressly stated in a signed order after validation.
10. Third-party services and official sources
Pagewrite may interoperate with authentication, payment, cloud, database, model, OCR, address, or agent providers. Their availability and terms can affect the service. Customer is responsible for third-party services it selects or connects. ML BOOST remains responsible for its own obligations and does not exclude responsibility merely by using a provider.
Forms and instructions can change. Customer must confirm that the blank form, edition, filing address, fee, and official instructions are current at the time of use.
11. Suspension and termination
Customer may stop using the public site or terminate under its order. We may suspend access that presents a credible security risk, violates acceptable use, threatens other users, is legally prohibited, or is materially overdue. Where practicable, we will limit the suspension and give notice and an opportunity to cure.
On termination, service access ends. Payment, confidentiality, ownership, liability, dispute, and provisions that by nature should survive will continue. Customer Data is returned or deleted under the DPA, order, and applicable retention obligations.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
Each party warrants that it has authority to enter the agreement. ML BOOST warrants that it will provide a paid business service with reasonable care and skill and substantially as described in the applicable order.
Except for an express warranty in the order and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website, previews, beta features, and evaluation service are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that every PDF can be made fillable, that OCR or AI output is error-free, or that an authority will accept an output.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
For a professional Customer, and subject to the previous sentence:
- neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, except to the extent such loss is payable to a third party under a claim covered by an express indemnity; and
- each party’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
The limitation does not apply to Customer’s payment obligations or either party’s unauthorised use of the other party’s intellectual property. A signed order may state different caps for confidentiality, data protection, or security incidents.
14. Governing law and professional disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through authorised business contacts. For a dispute between professionals, the competent courts of Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement requires another forum.
This professional-jurisdiction clause does not apply to a consumer purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and forums are preserved under the consumer terms.
15. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms for future website or service use. A material change to an active paid order will not reduce the agreed service during its committed term unless the order permits it or the change is required by law or security. The version and date at the top identify the current text.
If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party may assign the agreement without the other’s consent, except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganisation, or sale of substantially all relevant assets, with notice and continued protection of Customer Data.
Questions and legal notices may be sent to contact@ml-boost.com and, for ML BOOST, to its registered office stated in the legal notice.
