This notice covers visits to the Pagewrite landing page and subscriptions to product updates.

Who handles your data

ML Boost, SAS, is the data controller. Our address is 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France. Contact contact@ml-boost.com for privacy requests. Mentions légales.

If you subscribe, we use your email address to send Pagewrite news about features and supported forms. This is optional and based on your consent. Your email is required only to subscribe.

We store your email, signup time, the signup source and the version of the consent notice. We do not add your browser details or referring page to your signup record.

Retention and unsubscribe

We keep signup records for three years from signup, unless you withdraw consent sooner. Expired records are removed by a daily cleanup.

To unsubscribe or request deletion, email contact@ml-boost.com from the subscribed address. We handle these requests manually. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Providers and data location

ML Boost and our infrastructure provider, Google/Firebase, process signup records. We use Cloud Firestore for storage. No newsletter delivery provider is connected yet; we will update this notice before adding one.

Google operates globally, including outside the European Economic Area. Google’s safeguards for relevant international transfers include its EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification and contractual protections. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s data-processing terms.

Website visits

Google/Firebase receives technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. We also load fonts from Google. Our basis for essential site delivery and security is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.

Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a few months, as described in its privacy information. Google explains its own processing in its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
